Obituary for Jasmine Emil Simmons (Simmons)
Jasmine E. Simmons, 29, went home to the Lord November 22, 2022. Jasmine was born December 20, 1992 in Fort Worth, TX to James E. Simmons and Teresa E. King. She loved God and was dedicated to her family and friends.
Jasmine attended Eastern Hill High School and had a passion for styling hair. She was most recently employed full-time by Prudential Health Care but was also well-known throughout the area doing what she truly loved, styling hair. She like to see people feel good about themselves.
She had an outgoing and positive energy that lit up a room and filled it with laughter. Jasmine was fun loving and out-going. She loved spending time with her kids, friends, and family. She was very funny with an amazing look in her eyes when she laughed. Her heart was full of God’s love. She was so beautiful inside.
She is preceded in death her mother, Teresa E. King. She is cherished forever in memory by her daughter, Lyric Austin and son, Legend Lockhart. Father, James E. Simmons and Grandmother, Betty Johnson. Siblings; Betty King, Marquita and husband Arthur Bland, Dale Hines, Willie Hayden, Marcel Hardy, LeMark King, Tanya Scott and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
